MENTORING AND COACHING
Clinical Supervision
Danielle works with individuals looking to up-skill in a specific clinical area or to grow their knowledge base, and with organisations that invest in their therapy staff by providing specialised and comprehensive supervision. Danielle was previously employed as organisation-wide Clinical Mentor, Team Leader and Senior Speech Pathologist at a large National not-for-profit, where she helped build the clinical expertise and self-belief of many newly graduated and experienced speech therapists, occupational therapists and special education teachers.
Danielle loves supporting clinicians to look at the evidence, reflect on their own learnings, build on their strengths and develop their own personal style to support clients and families. Danielle's special interest areas are working with autistic children, social skills, speech sound disorders, language development from infancy to late primary-school and working with vulnerable families.
Danielle has completed the following training in clinical supervision:
- The Strengths-Based Approach to Supervision, Bernadette Glass
- Supervision for Professional Wellbeing, Professor Janet Baker
